Welcome to my website!

         During the past year, I had the pleasure of singing with Mirella Freni and Placido Domingo in the Opening Night Gala at the Metropolitan Opera.   In January, I performed the role of Rosalinde at the MET and covered the role of Jenufa.  I had never sung in Czech before but have come to love the language and the character of Jenufa.  I plan to make this a permanent role in my repertoire.  During the 2003-2004 season, I will return to the MET for more Butterfly's and Toscas.  2002 also saw my debut with Washington Opera where I performed Elettra opposite Placido Domingo in Mozart's Idomeneo.

            I am looking forward to singing Madame Butterfly with Connecticut Opera this spring and Tosca with Saint Louis Opera this summer.  I will also be doing several concerts with Luciano Pavarotti in March.  Please check the website for dates of upcoming performances, photos and reviews.  I am always happy to here from you.
